He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Westley Pruitt and Betty Mae Lowder Pruitt; his sisters, Eula Beth McCoy and Eunice Curtis; and his half-brother Verlon Chandler.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Sue Griggs Pruitt; his children, Sherry Vaughan (Mark Vaughan) of Bartlesville, OK, Vonda Reynolds (Bobby Reynolds) of Conway and Dewayne Pruitt (Dana) of Searcy; his grandchildren, Micah Vaughan (Cait), John-Mark Vaughan (Ashita), Seth, Amberly, Lukas, Adrienne, Abby and Olivia Vaughan; his great grandchildren, Saegan, Rowan Pruitt, Alton, Gideon and Anna-Cait Vaughan; and his sister Clara Burch of Hamburg. He is also survived by three children, 13 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
