With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joy McNeely (Brinkley, Arkansas), born in Dumas, Arkansas, who passed away on April 22, 2020 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Emmons and Jessie Davis Emmons; her husband Edgar Fort McNeely; and her children, Buddy McNeely and Ann Farley.
She is survived by: her children, James Clyde McNeely, Harold McNeely, Tim McNeely, Jane Kimzy and Kristin Scarbrough; and her siblings, Harold Emmons and Marlene Brinkley. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, and 25 great grandchildren.
