He was predeceased by: his wife Billie Thompson Clay; his son Tommy Clay; and his siblings, Dual Clay and Ivalene Cambell. He is survived by: his daughter Debra Kenney (Chuck); his daughter-in-law Carla Clay; and his grandchildren, Ryan Hollowell (Joanne), Andrea Andrews (Lauren), Alisha Prince (Bill), Joshua Clay (Ashley) and Kelsey Miller (Ronnie). He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Brinkley Convention Center (1501 Weatherby Dr, Brinkley, AR 72021). A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Oaklawn Cemetery.
