He is survived by: his wife Michelle Phipps; his children, Jamlin Sink (Zachary) of Plainview, Casey Phipps of Plainview, Irma Paz of Plainview, Isaiah Phipps of Gravelly and Justin Beck of Briggsville; and his siblings, Sonja Alvey of Paragould, Stephanie Phipps of Beebe, Kendal Phipps of Bluffton, Anthony Alvey of Geneva, Ohio, Todd Alvey of Gravelly and Clayton Phipps of Cabot. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, family and friends.
