She was predeceased by: her parents, Ted Harvey and Lula Black Harvey; her husband Ted R. Buford; her sons, Danny and Allen Buford; and her siblings, Edith Harvey Chilen, Gail Price and Leslie Harvey.
She is survived by: her daughter Mary Monette Hicks; her grandsons, David (Deanna Lambert) and Daniel Hicks; her great grandchild Dennis Hicks; and her brothers, Fredrick and Alfred Lee Harvey. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
