She was predeceased by: her parents, William I. Sarten and Ethel Inez Sarten (Loughridge); and her husband William Allen King. She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Warren (Tim) of Magazine and Vicki Horne of Paris; her grandchildren, Lisa Thorne, Mike Madden, Kayla Cowart, Jessica Kenley and Kole Horne; and her great grandchildren, Elijah Thorne, Cooper Madden, Rylee Cowart, Micah Cowart, Asher Thorne and Freya Fulton.
She was a graduate of County Line High School, an Alderman for the the City of Branch, a cancer survivor and member of the American Cancer Society, and attended Paris First Assembly of God Church.
