He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Coolidge "Punk" Shelby and Sophia Jane Shelby (Maier). He is survived by: his siblings, Janice Shelby of Charleston, Demus Shaw (Letha) of Charleston, Ron Shelby of Branch and Billy Shelby of Charleston.
