He was predeceased by: his father Roscoe Edward Case; and his siblings, Jerry Case, Benny Case and Judy Ann Case. He is survived by: his siblings, Kathy Sampley (Justin) of Charleston, Sandra Hunter (Al) of Tulsa, Linda Case of Branch, Donna Merritt of Tulsa, Jackie Dolan (Bobby) of Fort Smith, Karen Stephenson (Mike) of Greenwood, Ronnie Case (Linda) of Charleston, Raymond Case of Charleston, Jason Case (Laura) of Howe and Allen Case of Ozark. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
