She was predeceased by: her husband Howard Odell Bird; and her parents, William Mark Spence and Lillie Mae Thomas Spence. She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Bird Benson; her siblings, William Merle Spence, Lavanda Virgina Bryd and Lavenia Maus; her sons, Gary Bird of Ida, Glen Bird of Walnut Hill and Greg Bird of Marshall, Texas.; and her sisters, Sally Beans of Portland and Marcy Petty (Robert) of Odesa.
