She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Cooper (Sonny Boy) and Ella Mae Cooper; her husband Floyd Manning (Bubba); her children, Belma Manning Howard, Rouglene Manning and Connell Manning; and her brothers, Carcolie B. and Willie B. Cooper.
She is survived by: her children, Floyd Manning Jr. (late Dora), Jerry Manning (Gearlene) of Houston, D. R. Manning (Glenda) of O'Fallon, IL, Martha James and Gatha Lawson (Andrew) of Austin, TX.; and her brother Archie Cooper (Gwen) of Houston, TX.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and loving friends.
