He is survived by: his children, Melba Rose Cannon (Danny) of Bradley, AR and Ralph Edgar "Eddie" Dinkins (Pam) of Taylor, AR; his granddaughters, Heather Dodd (Jason) of Benton, AR, Michalee Gore (Jim) of Maumelle, AR, Kristen Bird (Corey) of Marshall, TX and Amber Ward (Brodie) of Maumelle, AR; his great grandchildren, Breann Bird, Scout Gore, Cannon Bird, Brick Gore, Hattie Gore, Blaize Ward, Jake Dodd and Layla Ward; his great great grandchild Parker Carrasco; his nephew David Allen (Donna); his spouse RoseMary Andrews Dinkins; and his siblings, Nora Phillips, Bessie Allen, Clifton Dinkins, Edwin "Ted" Dinkins, Wesley "Bill" Dinkins, Edward "Slim" Dinkins, Aubrey "PeeWee" Dinkins, Cecil "Buck" Dinkins, John "J. P." Dinkins, Merle "M. O." Dinkins and Arvil Dinkins. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
