He is survived by: his wife Kay Hall of Bradley, AR; his children, John David Hall, Jr., Myranda of Minden, LA, Jimmy McNarn Hall, Jennifer of Walkers Creek, AR, Wayne Dick, Ashley of Bradley, AR and Brandi Jo Racine (JoJo) of Blanchard, LA; his brothers, Wayne Hall "Runt", Lisa Sr of Bearden, AR and Jimmy Smith, Sr. of Camden, AR; and also John Racine III of Blanchard, LA. He is also survived by grandchildren; one great grandchild; and a host of nieces and nephews.
