He was predeceased by: his parents, James Rowe and Mamie Weaver Rowe; and his son Morris Eugene Rowe. He is survived by: his wife Patty Rowe; his sons, Phillip David Rowe (Regina) of Plain Dealing, LA and Mark Edward Rowe (Rhonda) of Plain Dealing, LA; his siblings, James Robert Rowe (Gloria) of Ashdown, AR and Helen Janice Brumley (Dean) of Longview, TX; his grandchildren, Brandy Jusma (Sean), Katlyn Cooper (Colten) and Hunter Rowe; and his great grandchildren, Aiden and Bryson Jusma.
