He was predeceased by: his parents, Bynum Brackman and Mildred Brackman; and his siblings, Renee Brackman and Phillip Brackman. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Brackman; his children, Stephen Brackman (Heather) of Bradley, Arkansas and Jennifer Shaffer (Wesley) of Bradley, Arkansas; his father-in-law Clarence Hinds of Bradley, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Gentry Shaffer (Jordan) of West Monroe, Jaden Shaffer of Springhill, Logan Brackman of Bradley, Karley Shaffer of Bradley, Kylan Shaffer of Bradley and Sadie Brackman of Bradley, Arkansas; and his great grandchild Georgia Brook Shaffer of West Monroe, Louisiana. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and friends.
