She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Burton and Delma Cartwright Burton; her husband Byrd Byron McCalman; and her siblings, Hayword, Jay W. Burton, Bernice Cheney, Dema Spruell, Grace Kilgore and Ruth Basile.
She is survived by: her children, Byron McCalman of Bradley, AR, David Robert McCalman (Cindy), Debra Slack of Bradley, AR and Joni Stephens Gauthier (Oli) of Keller, TX. She is also survived by several grandkids and great grandkids; and numerous nephews and nieces.
