She was predeceased by: her parents, Algie Falwell and Mildred Falwell (Siler); her husband Trent Hays; and her siblings, Edward Falwell and Thieda Ross.
She is survived by: her children, Joanne Guasco (Ray) of Eads, TN and Kevin Hays (Christine) of Conway; her grandsons, Christopher Hays (Linsay) and Raymond Guasco (Isabella); her siblings, Kent Falwell (Dorlene), Mike Falwell and Sandra Mallott (Wayne); and her sister-in-law LaVerne Falwell. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Memorial donations in honor of Reba can be made to Gideons International or St. Jude Children's Hospital in Memphis.
