He was predeceased by: his father John William; and his wife Patsy Jene Woods (Creamer). He is survived by: his children, Sheryl Mason (Gwendell), David D. Woods and Debra McCartney; and his sister Jean McInturff. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
