He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Henry Carter Wilkey and Blanche Wilkey (Vernor); his wife Lois Dean Wilkey; his daughter Pamela Jo Robinson; and his siblings, Glen Wilkey, Leonard Whitehead, Junior Whitehead, Marvin Whitehead, Nellie Stone, Pauline Woods, Marie Gamble and Jerline McDowell.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff Wilkey, Rai Chene Zeyloth (James), Nickie Kennedy (Danny) and Cindy Trent (Bobby); and his siblings, Mary Kis (Andy) of Jonesboro, Windell Wilkey (Becky) of Heber Springs, Bertha McCormick (Elroy) of Manila, Glenda Perkey (Morris) of Paragould, Barbara Warren (Bill) of Jonesboro, Linda Brewer (Doyle) of Jonesboro and Earlene Hicks of Bolingreen, Kentucky. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
