He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Turner and Gladys Turner (Guffey); his son Robert Owen Turner; and his siblings, Boyce, Charles Roy Edgar, Eugene, Jimmy Ray Turner, Bernice Turner Eads and Martha Alice Traywich.
He is survived by: his daughter Mary Gail Sutterfield (Carl) of Bradford; his sister Laura George of Cash, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Bobby Gene Wade of Bethesda and Liberty Gail Kervin (Korey) of Texarkana, Arkansas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
