He was predeceased by: his father Everett Lee Smith (Agnes Iva Smith). He is survived by: his wife Bernadeen Smith (Holt); his children, Mark, Melissa Dunn of Bradford, Laura and Ricky Burress of Judsonia; his grandchildren, Keely, Zack, Jayce, Eli, Natalie, Canton, Holt and Selah; his great grandchild Jayden; and his siblings, Ronald Smith (Cathy) of Kensett, Lynn Smith (Cathy) of Bradford, Brenda Mitchell (Johnny) of Bradford, Janice Collins (Jerry) of Searcy, Pam James (Levi) of Searcy, Donna Stevens (Larry) of Bradford, Carl Smith (June) of Bradford and Tim Smith (Lesa) of Bradford.
