He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar "Bert" Sanford and Gracie Andrews Sanford; and his siblings, Charles Sanford, J. B. Sanford and Bobbie Staiger.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Sanford; his children, Shelley Sanford and Mark Sanford; his grandchildren, Kenny Sanford, Paisleigh Mae Sanford and Timmy Martin; and his sister Dorothy Kelley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the New Beginnings Community Church (1707 AR-367, Bald Knob, AR 72010). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
