She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bruce and Ocie Beatrice Millikin (Phillips) of Bradford, AR.; her sons, Burnice Clay Grigsby, Michael Lynn Grigsby and Ferrell Bruce Grigsby; her grandson Gregory Ferrell Grigsby; her great grandchild Michael Stricklen; her children-in-law, Phyllis Jean Grigsby, Everett McDougal and William Brooks; her sister-in-law Carolyn Fletcher; and her friend Laverne Falwell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kay Guthrie (Rodney) and Grace McDougal; and her grandchildren, Christopher Guthrie (Galina), Clint Guthrie, Lance McDougal (Jessica), Shelley Burrow (Andy), Kimberley Ferra Grigsby, Scarlette Lynn James, Lori Betts (Dusty) and Lisa Tedford (Phillip).
