He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Burgess; his mother Elaine Small; his brother David Burgess (Cindy); and his stepchildren, Crystal Botsford (Cliff Laird), Matthew Botsford and Steven Monmaney. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
