He was predeceased by: his parents, William Franklin and Barbara Alvine Smothermon (Harrell); his daughter Jenny Ann Woodyard; and his brother Ricky Howard Smothermon. He is survived by: his former wife Patsy Joyce Parish; his children, Amy Lee Jermana (Ray) of Vancouver, B. C., Wendy Marie Henderson (Steve) of Floral, AR, Billy Lee Smothermon Jr. (Rebecca) and North; his granddaughters, Anna, Shayna, Emily and Ava; and his siblings, Teddy Smothermon (Pam) of Clarksville, TX and Tammy Hill (Richard) of Tyler, TX. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
Donations in his honor to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital are requested.
