She was predeceased by: her parents, George Thomas and Cynthia Lavina Neal Sullins; her husband Leonard E. Bolain; her daughter Cynthia Ann Bolain; and her siblings, Guy Sullins, Carl Sullins, Paul Sullins, Mildred Davis and Madge Pyette.
She is survived by: her sons, David (Bobbie Bolain) of Bentonville and Paul Bolain of Midwest City; and her sister Wanda Jens of Phillips. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
