He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Dale Bokker (Walker). He is survived by: his father Richard Bokker of Booneville; and his siblings, Todd Havens of Greenbrier, Chris Havens of Murfreesboro, Richard J. Bokker of Booneville and Johnnie Cook of Glen Burnie.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Roberts Funeral Home (124 W 4th St, Booneville, AR 72927). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Roberts Memorial Chapel.
