He is survived by: his wife Betty Ellis (Sims) of Booneville; his grandsons, Brandon Thomas Hendrix (Amalie) and Devin Allen Moody; his great grandchildren, Brayleigh Faye Hendrix and Oaklyn Marie Hendrix; and his brother-in-law Richard Krutsch.
