He was predeceased by: his wife Ozella Smith; and his daughter Ada Jordan. He is survived by: his daughters, Marsha West of Shawnee and Shirley Dennis (Terry) of Booneville, Arkansas; his siblings, Darrell Smith of Portland, Oregon and Eloise Foster of Shawnee, Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Teri Taylor, Josh Frick, Krisina Whitcomb, Michelle Borowski and Jennifer Ramsey. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
