He is survived by: his children, Michael of Booneville, Samuel Whithurst of Booneville and Annie Skelly of Centralia, Washington; and his sisters, Aubrey Ballew of Yakima, Barbara Nickoloff of Bardon, Katherine Thompkins of Lakeside, Mary Clark of Yakima, Betty Morkert of Yakima, Candy Payne of Caldwell and Tracy Vatshell of Yakima, Washington. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild.
