It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marcella Chadie Mitchell of Booneville, Arkansas, born in Stanton, Texas, who passed away on July 27, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles B. Boyce and Johni Lorena Boyce (Wright); her husband Dwaine Mitchell; her siblings, C. W., Edgar J., A. L. Boyce, Lorena Walker and Nellie Kessler; and her great grandchild Keyton Mitchell.
She is survived by: her children, Benny Mitchell (Mary) of Booneville and Cathy Asbury (Sandy) of Booneville; her sister Ethel Walker of Friona, Texas; and her grandchildren, Michelle Mikles (Brandon), Dawn Ward (Mike), Mandy Shrum, Heather Mitchell and Heath Mitchell. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
