She was predeceased by: her husband E. J. Fisher; her grandson D. J. Wellner; her parents, Denzil Evenda Capps and Bertha Beatrice Capps; and her siblings, Ray Capps, Donna Mount, James "Millege" Capps, Bertha Mitchell and Donald Capps.
She is survived by: her children, Don Fisher (Lynn), Terry Askew, Karen Wellner and Sharon Fisher; her grandchildren, Maggie Descary (Andrew), Jessica Joulain (Ian), Lauren Chichelo (Zack), Mark Askew, Jeff Askew (Stephanie), Bob Askew, Rick Wellner and Ericka Koulis (Dustin); her siblings, Charlie Capps, Mary McKinnon, Wilburn Capps, Jean Mustard, Louise Lowe and Sue Loy; and her significant other Shih Tzu Max. She is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
