He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Newton and Nancy Adair (Watson); his stepmother Leona Adair; and his siblings, Barbara, Mary Adair, Phillip and Odis Adair.
He is survived by: his children, Lee Adair of Cushing and Nancy Bourlon of Van Buren; his brothers, Danny of Booneville, Arkansas, Jobe of Booneville, Arkansas, Charlie of Booneville, Arkansas and Newton Adair of Booneville, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Lindsey, Laura and Terry II; and his great grandchildren, Langston and Remington. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
