She was predeceased by: her father LeRoy Preston; her granddaughter Tedra Smith; and her sister Wanda Ingram. She is survived by: her husband Robert Smith; her children, Sheila Treadway of Moore, Oklahoma, Billy Ray "Whiz" Johnson of Waldron, Robert Smith (Melinda) of Booneville and Bruce Smith (Donna) of Booneville; and her nieces, Brenda Young, Sissy Wells and Sherry Franklin. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
