He is survived by: his wife Johnnie Hurley; his children, Dale Hurley (Nikkie) of Little Rock, Brian Hurley (Tonya) of Russellville, Arkansas and Cathy Woolsy (Dennis) of Waterford, Michigan; his stepdaughters, Val Blake of Cleveland, Melanie Catlett (Wayne) of Booneville, DeeDee Griffey (Bruce) of Fort Smith and Leigh Blake of Houston, Texas; and his sister Ruth Martin of Green Forrest, Arkansas. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
