She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Gamel and Jewel Gamel (Fondren); her sons, Johnny and Mark Grubbs; and her brothers, Roy Jr., W. L., John, Elmer and William Gamel.
She is survived by: her children, Darrion of Blue Mountain, Garry Grubbs of Blue Mountain and Marlene Mejia (James) of Henderson, Nevada; her sisters, Florene Duncan of Mesa, Sue Clatone of Phoenix, Shirley Lane of Queen Creek, Janice Lane of Suntan Valley and Gracie Grubbs of Portales; and her grandchildren, Shannon, Jeremy, Jamie, Audrey, Natasha and Brandi. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
