It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Houston Maddox of Booneville, Arkansas, who passed away on December 6, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Mary Maddox of Booneville, Arkansas; his children, Keith Maddox (Charlotte) of Midland, Texas and Rebecca Maddox of Pitkin; his grandchildren, Brittany Maddox, Emily Maddox, Katelyn Maddox, Morgan Maddox, Cameron Smith (Meagen Skerritt) and Megan Smith; and his great grandchildren, Paxton Skerritt and Amelia Smith.
