He is survived by: his children, Robin Wayne Slate of Wye Mountain, Arkansas and Cheri Roudebush (Aaron) of Muskogee, Oklahoma; his grandsons, Elijah of Muskogee, Oklahoma, Josiah of Muskogee, Oklahoma and Benjamin Roudebush of Muskogee, Oklahoma; and his sister Linda Brown of Mansfield.
