He is survived by: his siblings, James Niblett (Linda) of Jessieville, Roger Niblett (Gail) of Georgia, Ruby Davies (Richard) of Nevada and Wanda Price of Malvern, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, William, Daniel, Matthew, Chris, Austin, Christopher, Joanna, Patty and Santana. He is also survived by several great grandchildren; and other nieces, nephews, and friends.
