She was predeceased by: her husband Fred Phillips; her daughter Brenda Sue Cheney; her siblings, Danny, Jimmy Peugh, Emma Jean Glover and Earlene Downs; and her parents, Jake Peugh and Vera Lee Peugh.
She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth Tilley of Ratcliff and Damon Ray Mikles of Driggs; her sisters, Linda Swint of Sugar Grove, Kathy Barham of Magazine and Mary Woodard of Florida; and her grandchildren, Brandi Herrera, Cody Cheney and Hunter Mikles. She is also survived by several great grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Roberts Funeral Home (124 W 4th St, Booneville, AR 72927). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (47 E Grove St, Magazine, AR 72943).
