She is survived by: her children, David Carter of Kansas, Larry Carter of Booneville, Charles Carter of Amarillo, Texas and Anna Valdez of Booneville; and her brothers, Don Reynolds and Lawrence Reynolds. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
