He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Douglas and Roxie Douglas; and his granddaughter Whitney Blake Rogers. He is survived by: his wife Jo Douglas; his daughter Sandy Rogers; his sister Jeannie Philps of Salem, Arkansas; his grandchildren, J. P. Rogers and Lauren Wall; and his great grandchildren, Memphis Jack Rogers, Charlee Wall and Chandler Wall.
