She is survived by: her husband Rod Plunkett; her daughters, Kelsey Larsen (Ervin) and Kirsten Plunkett Sims (Brandon); her father Glenn Eubanks; her siblings, Renee Eubanks and Jacob Eubanks (Heather); and her nieces and nephews, Eli Eubanks and Hailey Wooten.
