He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommy Roth and Connie Roth. He is survived by: his sons, Jeremy Roth (Sara) of Bono and Matthew Roth (Gloria) of Valley View; his brother Terry Roth (Marsha); and his grandchildren, Lane Roth, Sawyer Roth and Ty Roth.
