He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Eugene and Wanda William Ivy; his son Robert Ivy; his sister Mary Gillispie; his nephew George Thomas; and his brother-in-law Scott Evertt.
He is survived by: his son Donald Lorinzo Ivy Jr. (Patsy Smith) of Jonesboro; his sisters, Laura Mae Everett of Bono, Samantha Hilderbran of Truman, Allen Ivy of Bono, Billy Ivy (Patty) of Paragould and Scott Dale Ivy of Nashville, TN; and his brother-in-law Dan Gillispie of Snow Lake, AR. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
