She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Holaday and Ellen Holaday (McGowan); and her husband Frank Owens. She is survived by: her daughters, LeAnn Edington (Jason) and Kimberly Owens; her grandchildren, Izac Edington, Josef Edington and Acea Edington; and her brothers, Terry Holaday and Tim Holaday (Lesa).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made in Debra's name to Open Heart Ministries.
