He was predeceased by: his parents, Mac Castleberry and Sally Coleman Castleberry; and his siblings, Ernest Elliott Castleberry, Roy Coleman Castleberry, Harold Dennis Castleberry and Edna Earl Biggers.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Sheffield Castleberry; and his nieces and nephews, Bill Biggers (Peggy), Ricky Castleberry (Margee), Janet Watkins (Maurice), Robin Castleberry (LeeAnn), Randall Castleberry (Patty) and Matt Castleberry.
