He is survived by: his parents, Scott Spurlock and Linda Barksdale Spurlock of Jonesboro; his wife Lauren Spurlock; his children, Lily Snyder (Landen Brown), Noah Brownderville and Cole Brownderville; his sister Amanda Spurlock (Justin Walker) of Jonesboro; his parents-in-law, Steve and Peggy Householder of Jonesboro; his siblings-in-law, Sarah Sauser (Cody) of Bono, Elizabeth Bonham (Daniel) of Bono and Steven Householder (Cindy) of Jonesboro; his uncles, Kevin Barksdale of Jonesboro, Kenneth Barksdale (Nancy) of Thibodaux and Greg Spurlock of Jonesboro; and his aunt Anita Keller of Little Rock. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
