He is survived by: his children, Frankie, Mark, Bennie Ray Wilson, Tammy Johnson and Julie Wilson; his grandchildren, David, Monica, Merritt, Nicole and Fisher; his half-brothers, Wayne, James and Danny Wilson; his sister Dorothy; and his half-sisters, Ann, Peggy and Viola. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
