She is survived by: her children, Jasha and Latrina Mullins; her siblings, Leroy Mullins Jr. of Blytheville, Taywann Mullins of Blytheville, Arkansas., Irma Jones (Michael) of Fort Worth, Alice Roberts of Fort Worth, Marilyn Mullins-Martinez of Tempe, Debra Kirkwood of Blytheville, Jacqueline Mullins of Jacksonville, Daphne Robinson (Gerod) of Portsmouth, Virginia and Mary Bradley (Rodney) of San Antonio, Texas.; and her caregivers, Derick Wells, Jada Mullins, Courtney Mullins and Nadia Wells.
