He is survived by: his friend Teresa Collins of Gosnell; his children, Jason (Briah Fountain), Misty and Brandy Fountain of Blytheville; and his siblings, Jack Fountain of New Orleans, Louisiana, Sonya Fountain of Texas, Angie Faulkner of Tennessee and Lisa Riggs of Louisiana. He is also survived by Nine Grandchildren.
